Commissions Terms of Sale!

These TOS are for personal use commissions only, for commercial work I'll be happy to discuss over email ^^-All prices are in euro (€)
-Payment is 100% up front and only done via PayPal Invoice
-NSFW gets an upcharge depending on material.
-You NEED reference of what you want to commission me, if it's a certain outfit you need reference of that too! If you do not have a reference or a very precise description it will be counted as a character design and be charged as such.
-I reserve rights to refuse any commission without justificationModifications and refunds-The price includes up to 2 minor modifications (E.g. arm pose correction, facial expression, outfit detail...) at the sketch phase and one at the final phase.
-A full refund can be done before any work has been done
-A partial refund can be done at the sketch phase/before the finalization depending on the progress
note: refunds do not include PayPal fees_____________________________I will draw:
-OCs, fanart, ship art
-Anthros, humans, animals, monsters and creatures of all kind
-Gore and horror elements
-Some mechas/mechanical elements. Armors.
-Nudity, suggestive stuff, nsfw. I go on a case by case basis, don't be afraid to ask.I will NOT draw:
-Overly intricate intricate mechs, armors and designs. However simplification is possible depending on style!
-Overly graphic gore. E.g. Realistic hanging guts and organs...
-Underage nsfw, scat and bodily fluids, incest, zoo stuff. (Why would you knock on my door for these??)_____________________________
By commissioning me, you can:-Access uncompressed file(s) of your commission
-Use your commission for character reference, profile pictures, etc. (with credit to OwlCryptid)
-Post and share your commission with credit
-Print your commission for personal use_____________________________
You can't:-Sell or commercialize your commission in any way, shape or form
-Edit or modify my work in any way, shape or form, delete my watermark
-Claim it as your own workI retain the rights to use the commissioned pieces for self promotion purposes. These commissions are personal use only. If you are interested in commercial use please contact me.

Here are the different commission types I offer. If the type of commission you are looking for isn't on the page, or if you have any questions, feel free to ask about it ^u^You can click to enlarge the example images (some of them are reduced quality due to carrd's limitations)My turnover time is generally 1-3 weeks for most commissions excluding full illustrations, and you will get an update at the sketch stage before finalization.

(Price depend on the level of detail and initial guidelines for the design)
I've done designs for various types of characters, from Vtubers to creatures!

Ref Sheet
(front+back view, with small props or details): 85 euros
Price may go up if you have a heavily accesorized/detailed design, or if you want more views of your character. I'm used to drawing unusual species/anthro/monster characters!

OthersI offer different types of renders/styles as well. The prices of these depend heavily on the subject so if any of my previous pieces strike your fancy don't be afraid to ask!
